She also led the start-up, stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of delivery, resulting in high customer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and cost savings. Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant and led one of the emerging global delivery centers of Appficiency in the Philippines, and delivered high-quality IT solutions and services to clients.
