I assisted customers in their insurance needs including sales and servicing of automobile insurance. My experience in customer service involves communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs and coming up with the best solution to meet their needs. In addition, I have experience in administrative duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, answering phones, handling mail, computer inputting, reconciliation of transactions and small projects.

I assisted the HR Manager in various HR functions such as recruitment, selection, and some labour relations. During my time there I facilitated hiring at least 35 qualified people for different roles by screening and interviewing candidates. This included pre-screen phone calls, face-to-face interviews, and reference checking. Additionally, I edited many documents and policies, assisted in the on-boarding process, and developed a new performance evaluation form.
