I delivered parcels in partnership with Amazon ensuring i was following all the correct procedures both delivering and vehicle checks. I used my time management skills to complete full routes of upto 160 stops and up to 300 parcels (some of high value)

I effectively communicated with clients actively listening to meet their needs for temp workers. I would conduct telephone and face to face interviews, complete the correct right to work documentation and fill in worker and client cards.

As the Housekeeping Manager i effectively ran a department of 30+ associates in a 151 bedroom hotel. I completed weekly Rota's, payroll approval, inspected/audited guest bedrooms and public areas. Conducted interviews and completed training through probation period. I attended weekly and monthly meetings with the hotel manager, operations manager and the other heads of departments to discuss P&L, Health and Safety and any other business. I held daily briefs with the team to discuss topics such as COSHH, Fire safety, Manual handling, absence and lost property procedures.
