We were able to gather feedback from the internal team and users to design a new information structure for the critical resources survivors needed access to online.iVANZiAfter launching its eCommerce marketplace, iVANZi was anxious to capture feedback from its new users to continue to improve its platform's design and offerings. I helped them capture and understand this feedback through remote user interviews and usability testing.
