Though I was born and raised in Panama, I've lived in Texas since 2002 – including 7 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, prior to moving to Austin in 2009. I'm proud to call the Lone Star State home and can’t imagine living anywhere else!My mission is to be a fierce advocate for families who are buying or selling a home, and deliver superb client service by leveraging my focused and organized approach to the real estate process that provides clear step-by-step guidance while being sensitive to my clients’ needs and best interests. I work with both residential buyers and sellers – with specific experience in relocation, residential leases, and new home/condo construction. Geographically, my focus is on helping clients interested in the master-planned community of Steiner Ranch as well as the surrounding Four Points and Lake Travis areas. I'm highly committed to continuing education, and as a result, I've earned several certifications that help me to serve clients better. Most recently, I earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (CLHMS) designation – making me a member of an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have achieved sales in the top 10% of their local market. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), I've been able to gain extensive knowledge and leverage tools and approaches to help negotiate more favorable outcomes for my clients in contract situations. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), I can effectively integrate staging, pricing, and marketing strategies to better position my listings in the competitive Austin market.
