With over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, I am a strategic and visionary leader who is passionate about Jewish community engagement and the systems that enable it’s growth and development. As the Senior Director of Immersive Service at Repair the World, I oversee the design and implementation of immersive service programs that mobilize thousands of young adults to serve and learn with local communities across the country.I also leverage my project management and CRM skills as a consultant for various organizations and companies, such as adidas, Foundation for Jewish Camp, and ADG Strategy Group. I help them outsource their project management needs and optimize their customer relationships. I enjoy taking on challenging and complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
