I have always had a passion for organization and operational efficiency. My 15+ years of experience demonstrate the high demand for smart business process design and stakeholder buy-in. In my current role at Increase Technologies, I have collaborated with the leadership team to streamline all aspects of day-to-day operations within the small tech consulting firm.At previous roles in my career, including most recently at Peak Objective, where I was part of the 5-person leadership team, I have worked in various capacities but always towards the same goal: collect data, find out what isn't working, and develop a plan to get back on track. Typically through financial metric analysis, customer feedback loops, employee training initiatives, etc. I enjoy managing these pieces of data in an organized way utilizing dashboards, spreadsheets and formal presentations when necessary.I also enjoy SUP'ing at remote locations all throughout the West, and it has quickly become a favorite hobby. If we bump into each other outside of work, I'm most likely on my way there or to my favorite camping spot with my teardrop camper. I'm also a practicing home-barista, so I'm always excited to meet over a cup of coffee at the local café.
