Responsible in managing the succession planning, talent planning and performance management processes throughout all of UCHealth. As well as ensure the processes in identifying talent wherever it resides in the organization, and removing barriers to opportunity for talent, and building out the measures and tools to create talent visibility throughout the organization.

Administer the Learning Management System, including development of learning activities, reporting, standardization, and authoring guidelines. Oversee development of e-learning content and online education offerings. Train LMS administrators, LCMS developers and end-users of the LMS. Chair the Education and Events (LMS) Committee and the Mandatory Annual Learning Test (MALT) Task Force. Facilitate the MALT Task Force to review and implement changes to the Mandatory Annual Learning Test. Manage, monitor, and develop reports for system-wide Mandatory Annual Learning Test. Conduct or assist in the needs assessment process as required to determine training needs for computer skills and online instruction. Evaluate training to ensure effectiveness. Provide back-up for other organizational development.

Pairing students with potential employers through IBMC externship program. Placing students in business, legal, or healthcare environments where they complete 120 hours unpaid hands-on experience. I also assist in a customize resume search for employers looking to hire. Building trustworthy relationships with employers to assist in finding the perfect employee.
