Provide direct support for events with audio, visual, lighting and staging needs on the University of Rochester River Campus. Prior to an event, I work closely with clients to help specify their technical needs.Additionally, I manage a student employee team of approximately 45 individuals. I re-designed the student employee training program, which is geared towards individuals with no prior experience in sound reinforcement. I lead this training program in the fall semester to train all of the newly-hired employees. I lead portions of the fall and spring semester All-Employee Training sessions for all Wilson Commons employees. This session is meant to teach and reinforce our policies and procedures. Lastly, I am developing an advanced training program for those who wish to gain more specialized training in audio and lighting.I had administrative duties of billing our services and equipment rental for each event, processing payments in our system, keeping track of late payments. I also managed student employee payroll, hiring, and conflict resolution.

Record audio and video from live concert performances. I also make multitrack studio recordings and and work with students to produce demos. Live sound reinforcement is provided for concerts and events when needed. I do audio and video post-production for all recordings, culminating in a finished CD, DVD, and/or digital file downloads for performers.

Aided in all aspects of preparing the book, The Rascher Reader, for publication. The book is a publication of writings by classical saxophonist Sigurd Rascher. I was involved in selecting photos to be printed, obtaining permission to reprint previously-published articles, finding source materials from the Sigurd M. Rascher archival collection at SUNY Fredonia, editing and proofreading digitized articles, and marketing the book.

Digitized and restored legacy audio recordings from the Sigurd M. Rascher Collection at Fredonia. Recordings included: instantaneous discs, 78s, vinyl records, reel to reel tape and cassette tape.
