I'm a fiction writer, certified habit coach, public speaker, and longtime blogger. In summer 2017 I moved to Portland, Oregon, to take on the role of Community Outreach Advocate for Independence Northwest, a nonprofit that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My role involves legislative and community outreach to advocate for vital supports for people experiencing I/DD.
