In my current position, I have been selected Employee of the Quarter in my department twice, promoted to managing high volume (Chilean Import and Domestic) orders and shipments for the entire US. I have led the team in an overall reorganization of our ECOM fulfilment process which saved us many hours of labor. I am SAP fluent and have become the go to person for troubleshooting issues when they arise. I take pride in my attention to detail and in the quality of my work. During the pandemic, I transitioned quickly to working remote. I proved to be self-directed, highly organized, courteous and professional in my interactions with both colleagues and customers
