I shape chaos into a productive force. It has been my privilege to do this in startup, corporate, non-profit and government contexts over the past 20 years.Growth by definition creates operational gaps and misalignments within a company which then inevitably shift and change over time. I am an expert at assessing where a company is, where it wants to be and, most importantly, how best to close the gaps and bring the alignment that will enable achievement of the next level. I am in my element bridging the gap between here and there, shaping chaos into a productive force that propels a company forward.As an example, on a recent "big data meets mobile" product launch, the bridge I built included: 1) business model hypotheses development and testing, 2) market research to develop the distribution strategy and justify investment, 3) a CRM implementation to manage trial engagement and to provide metrics and 4) finally a financial model powered by those metrics to use for fundraising purposes. With over 15 years of diverse experience, I understand every function in a company and how they work together. I make connections and envision solutions that pull from a variety of industries and geographies, always incorporating my deep understanding of technology and how best to apply it.
