Through Broadpoint Properties, Short Sale Expeditor, and Transaction 911, I work with real estate agents throughout the nation providing coaching, mentoring, training, and administrative services. My clients range from individual agents to large brokerage houses. No matter the client's personal and professional goals, all are looking for a way to increase their business and market share, and have found this success through outsourcing.Prior to founding Broadpoint Properties, Transaction 911 and Short Sale Expeditor, I was a broker associate for a national franchise and demonstrated excellence by working "outside of the box"​: closing hundreds of short sale transactions and developing what is now known as the Short Sale Expeditor program. Most recently, I was featured in Upward: 50 Leading Women in California Real Estate.I did not always dream of a career in real estate. In fact, I began as a high school teacher, and then as a college professor. Later, I transitioned into the field of educational publishing. Most recently, I have been able to use my teaching and organizational skills while traveling the world over—dispelling myths about the distressed property market, engaging and motivating real estate agents, and sharing my passions as a Realtor®, administrator, technology maven, and distressed property aficionado.Because of my love for learning, I created "Pipeline Planner" and a companion transformational journal to help agents build their businesses—a passion project that was fully funded on Kickstarter in just a few days. I also authored "The Essential Daily Planner for Real Estate Agents: Success in 10 Minutes a Day,"​ and "Been There, Done That: 10 Agent Success Principles from a Short Sale Insider."
