CurrentOffice Administrator, Communication and Administration:*Manages the Information Center. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners*Assists in the coordination of General Board Meetings*Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters*Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary*Organize and keep all digital files up to date*Prepare monthly expense reports*Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory* Manage website posting of jobs for Wesleyan churches*Assisting with office events, communications, and mailings. Coordinate events within the division and professional development for the team*Assists in the management of SharePoint sites for subsidiary groups*Respond to archives' research requests and add resources to the archives' web pageDatabase Administrator:*Service database accounts including the creation of new roles and/or additions to existing roles in Salesforce community portal*Providing assistance to customers in resolving issues by communicating with other departments within the company as needed*Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information*Creating training materials for new community users*Developing reports that track activity over time *Providing support to customers by answering questions and resolving problems regarding annual reports*Work with IT and Salesforce.com and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform
