I’m Melkamu Dola, fourth year law student in accredited Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia and I would be a pleasure and a keen interest in Leadership, case analysis and project. The emphasize and concentration I have given to specific tasks and issue makes me performing the task efficiently and effectively with out compromising quality. Furthermore, my exceptional alacrity and gregariousness undoubtedly crucial in order to achieve the vision to become great leader. Attributes like courage, stamina, versatileness, dedication and time management strongly attached with my life endeavor.I have developed a plethora of experience as a result of engagement in different organizations, projects and charity activities, for instance, as a founder and president of serve for society voluntary association I have made effective negotiation and partnership with different stakeholders, members, executives and government organs in order to achieve the association mission, vision and values . In addition to that as a UN Millennium fellow I have done a project under the title Abusive protector in order to protect the Human Right Violation by the Haves against the poor(weak) peoples. Furthermore, as IEP ambassador I have engaged in facilitation and promotion of peaceful environment in Arbaminch by giving a training to youths in the issue like Negotiation, Mediation and other peaceful means of dispute resolution Mechanism.
