Working with the founder of Third Door (Coworking and Nursery) to convert the business to a Community Interest Company with the mission to improve access to quality, affordable, flexible childcare for all. Created the company’s Theory of Change and provisional business plan to apply for funding and incubators. Managed the successful application for the British Library’s “Innovation for Growth” programme.

Drew up the new charity’s constitution, recruited trustees and managed the application to the Charity Commission. Now overseeing membership, governance, impact reporting and fundraising.

Part-time project manager and advisor for the Managing Director. Third Door was the world’s first hybrid coworking and nursery promoting flexible working and shared childcare responsibilities as a means to equal parenting and the key to tackling gender discrimination. Projects included website review and re-design, social media strategy, operations manual development, community partnerships, award applications and GDPR review.

Responsible for maintaining the collaborative engagement of member airlines' European commercial teams - promoting training, rolling out new products to the market and leading the implementation of global sales initiatives.

Responsible for Cathay Pacific’s sponsorships, managing the Events Team and controlling the events/sponsorships budget to create profitable brand advocates, corporate hospitality opportunities and incremental revenue for the airline.

Responsible for Cathay Pacific's business in the region; passenger and cargo sales, marketing, airport operations and personnel. Led the team of 20 staff and monitored the ground handling agent and regional general sales agents.

Managed Cathay Pacific’s duty-free programme with a team of 7 staff. Oversaw the quarterly magazine production and content, product selection and monitoring/motivating of cabin-crew sales.

Negotiated contracts related to the development of the inflight entertainment system hardware and media integration.

Project management roles assisting the Chief Executive (2006-07), General Manager Japan (2005-06) and General Manager Hong Kong International Airport (2004-05) with wide ranging tasks from minute writing and conference organizing to succession planning, corporate communications, proposal drafting and customer relations.
