Lead and managed technology delivery team ranging from 8-12 recruiters during my tenure as Director of Technology Recruiting. This included interviewing, hiring, training, and managing all recruiters. Worked alongside VP of Technology and Leadership team on strategic growth planning. The Technology team was consistently far and away the highest performing within the Hollister Group, with revenue more than tripling during this time.

Lead the technical recruiting team in production, while beginning to take on new management responsibilities including training and mentoring. Managed a hybrid desk during this time, mostly focused on individual production. Reached a peak of 45 consultants on billing.
