Regional Sport Victoria (RSV) is the peak body that supports nine independent organisations across regional Victoria. These organisations are classed as Regional Sports Assemblies and are charged with the critical role of supporting the sport and recreation sector within their regional catchment.The RSV cluster is the only agency in Victoria that supports locally based community sport and recreation provision on a statewide basis. This support involves the provision of training, information, advice, skill development, linkages and advocacy with and for clubs, organisations and communities.RSV and the Regional Sports Assemblies work directly with 48 local government authorities in Victoria. RSV covers a population of over 1.45 million rural and regional Victorians and has a network of over 8,500 community based sport and recreation clubs.

As Regional Marketing Manager I was responsible for the Findex brands across two of five regions: Central Region (NSW, ACT, and part of VIC) and the West Region (SA & WA). Responsibilities included ensuring the effective delivery of marketing strategies with two teams of regional marketing coordinators and building the skills of those teams. This involved engaging with key stakeholders, locally, regionally and nationally to deliver:- All aspects of building Findex brands - The development and delivery of marketing strategies - Developing projects to support and improve client experience- Effectively engaging our people across all levels to be Findex ambassadors- Managing and developing the Central and West regional marketing teams- Manage the regional marketing budgets, ensuring accountability of expenditure, alignment with strategy and return on investment- Change management with the implementation of new structures, policies, and marketing campaigns

Responsible for the development and delivery of marketing strategies for Crowe Horwath (now known as Findex) in the Albury / Wodonga region, covering Southern NSW and North East Victoria. This included working closely with key stakeholders, locally, regionally and nationally.Significant achievements include:- Crowe Horwath Albury firm consistently being benchmarked in the top three Crowe Horwath Australia firms for strength of brand position (since 2011), and achieving the strongest rating for 2015. These results were achieved through the development and delivery of an annual multi-faceted organisational marketing strategy and budget.- The successful creation and delivery of a client service training program to improve the soft skills of staff and deliver better client service outcomes. Outcomes were measured through increase wallet share via client account managers ability to identify client need and opportunity to deliver additional services. This program was then rolled out to Crowe Horwath firms across Australia and New Zealand.- The development of a quarterly forum for leading businesses in the region. This forum provided thought leadership discussions and networking to identify mutually beneficial opportunities and lead generation for Crowe Horwath. Close liaison with key Crowe Horwath directors to support building relationships with key attendees and identify lead generation opportunities ensured a return on investment. - The development of annual communications campaign of 12 case studies to demonstrate positive client outcomes as a result of Crowe Horwath service delivery. This campaign was one of the strategies implemented in the annual multi-faceted organisational marketing strategy and budget. The campaign generated leads through building awareness of additional services Crowe Horwath offered and clients identifying similar situations they found themselves in. Calls to action were included with each case study.

This included projecting and achieving sales growth and associated product requirements, HR, marketing, cellar door and event management and financial reporting.
