My professional career has brought me up and down the East Coast immersing myself in the local food scene and always having my finger on the pulse of the area I am in. My background in the food service industry is on the culinary side, it is why I still have my passion for cooking to this day. Starting as a dishwasher nearly 25 years ago I worked up the ranks in the industry holding every job possible in the field.
