I’m Melanie (Mel) McGee, CEO and Founder of We Can Code IT, where we are dedicated to empowering underrepresented groups to excel in technology careers. My professional journey in tech began over 25 years ago, spanning roles as a developer, application architect, CTO, educator, and entrepreneur.
