Marketing Assistant
Current- Lead and train new event marketing specialists on game day operations and activations.- Research and analyze engagement data on all social media platforms for partners, influencers and collaborations for Red Bulls and World Cup. Create graphs, charts, and presentations for data and outcomes.- Create marketing and brand ideas to boost fan awareness by utilizing competitive marketing intelligence and data.- Transform the worst-performing activation to the best performing by leading and empowering the team to boost fan engagement by using creative methods. Utilize metrics and scorecard for game day activation participation.- Perform as Red Hat on game day. Work at 4th official desk by being a liaison of the referee, stadium announcer and Producer/Director of Broadcasting. Communicate cards, substitutions, goals, time-outs, and assists.- Enhance fan experience by coordinating and executing in-arena event marketing including pre-match space, on-field match presentations, group sales activations, halftime presentations, special awareness events, title night activations, international games and other major marketing initiatives on match-day at Red Bull Arena.- Manage pre-event planning, logistics and execution for offsite New York Red Bulls events- Organize and manage marketing inventory.- Coordinate Red Bull Camps and tournaments to ensure games run efficiently.- Communicate and partner with various New York Red Bulls departments, security, clients, and vendors to ensure successful event planning and execution.- Assist operations staff on special projects.
