I am currently Head of Information Technology and Customer Care at Tinder Corporation Ltd. I have worked in the IT sector for almost 2 decades, starting as a Helpdesk Technician at ComputerLand UK all the way back in 2006. I joined TC in 2016 as a field based IT Engineer, in 2020 I was fortunate enough to be offered the role of Supervisor which has grown over the years since to become the head of the IT and Customer Care functions of the business and a part of TC's Leadership Team.I am very customer focused having worked on the front line of IT for companies like Prudential, Experian and Vision Express to name a few. From the years of being a Helpdesk Technician I can understand the pains felt when IT goes wrong and have learnt a lot along the way on how to fix these issues, a skill I am proactive in passing on to my team to help them grow.My day-to-day duties include running my department, making sure engineers have everything they need to ensure the work is done and to the highest quality, working alongside the Exec and Leadership Team to innovate, keep our clients on the cutting edge of technology and focus on growth for TC, our customers, my team and myself.
