- Planning and implementing IT infrastructure of newly constructed plant including structured cabling systems (Schneider Electric), LAN (Cisco Catalyst), telephony (Nec Univerge), servers (IBM System X), enterprise software (IBM AS/400, Lotus Notes, SAP).- Product owner of CRM system.- Everyday mailing correspondence, meetings, presentations in English as a Business Analyst (Sales Operations Coordinator and Digital Marketing)- Building communication between Technical staff and Business clients on aspects of scope clarification, requirements gathering, design coordination, presentations;- Providing researches on technology, market, company;- Development and maintenance of business analysis reports for internal use;- Active collaboration with project technical team, sales team and management for planning, resolving issues and assessment purposes
