- Evaluated the applications for the Ukrainian Fulbright Graduate Student Program.- In 2016 selected finalists as a member of the Selection Committee.- Consulted applicants on the requirements and the selection process, one received the scholarship.- Prepared recommendation letters for at least five applicants.

Vinnytsya, Ukraine

- Established the unit at a municipal company to develop city's strategic plans and implement them in middle-term and short-term programs;- Together with an international expert developed methodology to implement the strategy into the administrative system of the city. Trained public officials to use the methodology;- Developed Terms of References for international and local experts to augment effectiveness of the Unit's work;- Managed and motivated a team of young professionals, who simultaneously were working on their projects in the following domains: spacial planning, small river management, city's international relations plan;- Together with a GfK sociologist designed a city-wide survey on citizen's satisfaction with the city;- Coordinated development of Vinnytsia Strategy 3.0 (adopted by the Council in Feb. 2021, the strategic document for Vinnytsia extended amalgamated community until 2030 together with more than 200 participants from city administration, civil society and business.

Planned and executed extensive city-wide consultations, formulated and oversaw the city strategy development process, consulted on the implementation of the strategy.- Involved 500 major stakeholders in the city-wide consultations, including officials, business, activists, academics.- Prepared and executed city-wide information campaign to engage citizens into the planning process. - Prepared the strategy, Integrated Urban Development Concept 2030, which was endorsed by Vinnytsia City Council.- Guided and coached city departments to incorporate the concept into the municipal administrative framework.
