CurrentReview, prepare and assign all company projects sold nationally. Assignments based on employees skills and expertise.Balanced workload for the Professional Service Team consisting of 25+ employees. Development and creation of Standard Operating Procedure guidelines, including individual documents and manuals.Internal team coaching sessions with employees as required to address new or improved team operating procedures.Team point of contact for processing company reports for month, quarter or year end revenue.Manage Software Implementations with clients and company internal departments.Conduct Introduction calls with clients to review steps required for a Successful Implementation.Create timeline for each step of the Implementation and work with several internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.Review and Follow up on open projects to ensure they are moving forward.Monitor and Track time spent on projects.
