I enjoyed certain aspects of the job .. the College had an outstanding President, K. Ray Bailey (now retired).It was fulfilling to teach students Office Management and to work with them. The students and patients appreciated the work & effort that I put into that position to ensure that the Front Office was managed carefully & professionally. Many of my former students still stay in contact with me!

I began my career at Northwest Airlines in Reservations. As time progressed, I moved up to responsibilities at the MSP Airport, working as both Ticketing & Gate Agent; wonderful experience. I then was chosen for a new responsibility, as an Inside Sales Representative (Telemarketing), dedicated to handling issues with the Travel Agent community, and helping my Field Office- my specific territory was Detroit. I loved working with & for them! The only reason I left the Airlines was to pursue an enormous opportunity that I couldn't refuse ... to become a Professional Musician, traveling to different countries in Europe, and to Japan, with a major recording Artist. I missed the Airlines, especially my wonderful friends there; but an opportunity to perform with a major act all over the world was UNBELIEVABLE FUN & a superior learning experience!
