As co-owner of Mastering Wellness Together LLC I oversee all areas of MWT.My primary focus is day-to-day operations, audio/visual content creation for website curriculum & MWT social media.I lead the company’s website design and development.Mastering Wellness Together is an all-encompassing personalized community platform that makes less accessible life education information accessible and understandable for all. The platform andbrand promotes inclusion, education, and overall well-being.We provide knowledge-based content via what we call the "Achievement Series". Each series covers a different topic that commonly occurs in everyday life but is not prevalently addressed. Additionally, throughout the Achievement Series we also highlight monumental experiences, like applying for your first job or college.It is our hope that with intentionally targeted material and interactive content,the students and their communities that enroll with Mastering Wellness Together canflourish in their everyday life and be prepared for those momentous events andexperiences as they occur.Currently, our content covers:- Finance Basics: such as credit scores, debt, savings, and budgeting- College Selection: detailing campus features, majors, and different types ofcolleges- Hiring Process: including resume building, interview prep, and employee withholdings- Yoga: teaching students to breathe through adverse challenges and connecttheir mind and bodiesAchievement Series, currently in progress include:- Business Basics: detailing different business models, the steps to form abusiness based on the chosen model, and the associated business taxes- Trade Selection: evaluating the different educational and professional pathwaysoutside of traditional education- Military Branch Selection: specifying the differences between each branch andoffering resources to help match students with the section of the military that best fitsthem and their needs

I am Head of Content for Mastering Wellness Together and freelance for an individual with Down Syndrome (DS).As Head of Content,I outline videos including transcribing and voice recording any voice overs, find audios to create content to, and popular content to recreate.In addition to cultivating the content for both an e-learning platform and an individual, I also serve as a photographer and videographer, capturing the necessary videos and pictures, editing the content, creating captions, finding popular relevant hashtags, and planning a "Posting Schedule".Additionally, I monitor the content analytics to see what kind of content performs best & what times of day are best to post based on the specific content (Educational Content & Life Experiences with Down Syndrome).

As a Sunsational Swim Instructor I create lesson plans and teach children ages 10 months - 5 years old how to comfortably and safely be in water with the overall goal being the achievement of swimming independently and without flotation devices.
