I am an experienced Information Communication Technology Manager with a proven history of working in the technology industry. I have been in the technology industry for over 23 years. I have exposure to the education industry having worked with student registration and results systems as a systems Analyst at Zimbabwe's first and largest distance learning institution (Zimbabwe Open University - www.zou.ac.zw), FMCG and hire purchase industry (OK Zimbabwe - www.okonline.co.zw) where I worked as an analyst programmer, Insurance and financial industry (Old Mutual Zimbabwe - www.oldmutual.co.zw for 7 Years) and now the Seed breeding and marketing industry at Seed Co. (www.seedcogroup.com)Over the years I have worked with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds from the African continent. This has also given me exposure to a variety of systems and technologies.I am a diligent leader who pays attention to detail and values teamwork. I personally value and respect for other people's ideas and have an ability to guide and mentor others. I have mentored students on graduate trainee programmes.
