Inform Customer Service when schedule changes• Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate with shipping group to transfer finished good, accessories and raw materials to improve lead time and prevent order shortages or delay• Develop multiple products weekly inventory reports to acknowledge sales current available and incoming available inventory in the plants• Validate procurement keys and routing, determine run rate/ primary work center for more than 500 part numbers in each plant when company launched MRP implementation project• Assist plants launch line conversions and provide new SKU data to IT as well as validate new data updated accurately in the system• Create ageing product analysis to evaluate stock movement in all plants and advise plants to transfer stock or scrap aging inventory• Cooperate with Data analyst to develop S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) target analysis• Collaborate with operations team and material master specialist to keep work center and bill of material (BOM) data updated • Re-categorize sale items when sales trending changes
