Specializing in human-computer interactions has made me realize my passion for helping people understand and use technology and software better.My career journey has taken me into the intersection of technology and healthcare, starting with Beacon Health Systems where I did a combination of client support and software development for their appeals and grievances management webapp (BAM). Currently I work at Rume Health as an IT support specialist providing technical assistance to site employees, as well as configuring hardware and software for site deployment.In my free time I love to listen to big band jazz, write fiction, cook and eat fried foods, and play video games. I mainly play Final Fantasy XIV, but my favorite games of all time include Dishonored, Mass Effect, and as of recently: Elden Ring!
