Lead experience in use of Artemis (EPMS). Wrote processes for the schedulers to assist with the use of EPMS and USAA's Project Management best practices.Gathered and provided analysis to the PMO team regarding multiple areas of knowledge. Examples: •Amount of projects used/using the following methodologies: Lab / Agile / Waterfall / Staggered / Incremental •Amount of money spent in each methodology at a project and yearly level (sometimes to the unit level)•Amount of money spent in each projects’ Work Breakdown Structure such as: requirements, design, testing, etc..)Trained new schedulers regarding USAA’s different project management scheduling methodologies, WBS, and multiple unique USAA project management.These are a small sample of duties performed.
