Product Owner, Product Health of Global Product Analytics Platform (Nous)• Collect and analyze the analytics requirements from partners in business analysts, data science, marketing, product team and executives.• Build and Design the scalable platform solutions (dashboards and intermediate data layers) that are cost effective and stable to meet analytics needs with software engineer team and UED team. • Work Closely with multiple ends like product users, potential partners, involved data supplier team, developers and designer to deliver data analyst products.• Major deliverables:Nous Product Health, provide an overview of how the site product performs everyday from different business perspective on all international sites.Metrics Moving Detection: a alarm product aimed to automatically detect metrics weekly which have a strong "move" for each metrics for data analysis in a specific week.

• Directly responsible for managing a unique vendor assortment and all associated styles. Create, manage, update and forecast orders based on live demand and forecast demand. • Develops, maintains, and uses business intelligence reports to make recommendations, improve practices, gain further efficiency, and maximize profitability.• Proactively communicates with Suppliers, Receiving, Accounting, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Suppliers regarding with different sourcing problems and other business needs. • Serves as the front line of negotiation and communications with current and potential suppliers cultivate the relationships.
