-Onboarding all new hires with paperwork, training, etc.● Track and schedule hours for new hires in training● Reviews and request for pay increases or other status changes to ensure internal equity and consistency. Process status change forms.● Participates in the Annual Performance Appraisal process.● Objectively coaches associates and management through complex and difficult issues.● Recruiting help● Coordinating new applicants’ interviews, drug tests, and background checks● Issuing disciplinary action, up to and including termination● Other duties and projects as assigned

• Provide exceptional service to our Small Business customers in a prompt and professional manner on the phone• Able to explain the policy and procedures for more than nine different departments within the Auto Finance department• Work cross-departmentally to research and resolve customer issues on the first call• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Able to de-escalate calls• Perform extensive research to further understand customer problems and offer solutions• Identify opportunities in servicing processes and suggest solutions• Able to offer and sell relationship-building solutions as part of a seamless integrated conversation• Provide regular feedback from our customers to continue to simplify future experience• Maintain an advanced knowledge of Small Business products and services
