I counsel in areas of conflict resolution, emotional growth and stability, communication and mental health issues.My experience has been working with people to set and achieve goals, develop coping skills, and address spiritual crisis and loss within a variety of contexts.

I worked with diverse populations struggling with issues such as mental health, substance use, concurrent disorders, domestic violence/abuse and eating disorders. I developed skills in working with crisis, trauma and suicidal ideation and conducted relevant safety plans, intake assessments and referrals.
