For the staff that's already been there I need to make sure they are getting any new information so that they can stay on top of their performance. I conduct interviews, hire new employees and complete service checks on all staff. I handle customer complaints and questions when applicable .I work hand in hand with a management team to achieve goals set forth by our owner.
