• ERP implementing advisory and audit, especially experienced in SAP system;• Supporting or leading the execution of audits/ assessments of IT processes against leading practices, frameworks and common standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/02).• Participation in IT Assurance/Audits - including the execution of evaluation and design of IT controls (application controls & general controls) in support of others. • Formulating security policies, procedures, and standards (such as system hardening standards) for configuration and set-up of network infrastructure for cyber security solutions.• Provide various companies (financial industry, manufacturing industry, retail business, logistics industry, etc.) with quality and professional services including IT audit and consulting, management assessment and system establishment for internal control, control assessment of information system, and risk audit of information technology.

• Reviewing, analyse and report on day-to-day network security-related alerts originating from Office365 and Azure could-based platforms by PowerBI.• Improving overall ITSM workflow performance by tracking, analysing and reporting of incidents to ensure properly categorised concerning actual and potential impacts.• Assisting the team to develop and analyse the IT operation relating to the stability of services by using mature ISEM software (ServiceNow and Splunk).
