I’m passionate about solving problems. Not math problems. Marketing problems. I work in words. I’m a former reporter, news producer, ad agency writer and Creative Director who uses words to solve marketing dilemmas for all types of industry clients. Curiosity and deadlines drive me.As an ad agency writer for nearly 19 years, I had the opportunity to write for a variety of clients. I’ve worked with state and city governments, economic developers, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, BID Boards, airport authorities, insurance companies, banks, retail stores, health care, telecommunications, lobbyists, manufacturers and non-profits. I was part of the team that helped two Governors, one U.S. Senator and a U.S. House of Representative get elected. I've written my share of long-form videos, brochures, television spots, websites, banners, billboards, direct mail pieces, social posts, radio commercials, newspaper and magazine ads. I get SEM and SEO. I love the thrill of live events, speech writing, producing and directing. Strategy intrigues me. There is something fulfilling about seeing it all work together. I’ve been blessed to receive state and national awards for tourism, non-profit work and political campaigns. While hese are amazing honors, my greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that I can make a difference by telling stories... using words and strategy to solve marketing problems.
