Interacted with customers, coordinated with model vendors, and integrated with wind tunnel personnel to ensure data being acquired and/or products being delivered satisfied user requirements.• Other wind tunnel facilities included those at the NASA Langley Research Center, NASA Ames Research Center, Air Force Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), and Boeing Co. Other customers and test programs included, but are not limited to, [formerly] Raytheon Missile Systems, Lockheed Martin, SpaceX, United Launch Alliance (ULA), Stratolaunch, and the NASA Constellation Program.• Co-authored three publications, including one journal, documenting the contributions and benefits of wind tunnel testing to NASA space exploration programs.• Earned a Center innovation award for improving the wind tunnel data reduction system, which increased efficiency of pre-test planning, test operations, and post-test data reprocessing.• Mentored interns and trained new hires for wind tunnel test support.
