Generate RFIs, manage buyout, scope and schedule of all subcontractor crews, oversee field staff managing warehouse deliveries and proper install of FF&E and OFCI materials per plan• Abide to clients’ LEED requirements for waste diversion, recycling, and clean air conditions• Manage construction of Interior Finishes and Model Room Development.• Successfully completed project management of over 18 hotel lobby and guestroom renovations of brands such as Marriott / W Hotels, Westin, Hilton, Sheraton & Four Seasons.

• Worked with local governments, utility companies, engineers and subcontractors to meet stringent production timelines while managing dynamic daily office responsibilities, recorded change orders against contract line items• Prepared construction draws for bank submission, tracked progress payments from clients• Updated office database regularly to ensure accuracy of all information

• Acquired building permits, grading permits, bonds, environmental approvals for the construction of 9 base buildings valued at approx. $20 million each• Applied for LEED/green building Silver certification for a majority of buildings• Responsible for all aspects of signage for 189 office properties totaling 15 million square ft. of rentable office space,including external and internal signage for building acquisitions, new tenants, tenant expansions, leasing signs• Gathered and organized building construction data for internal and external audits and submitted necessarydocuments to have bonds returned from counties and reduce the company’s financial exposure
