I didn’t choose a career in Waste Management, it chose me. What started off as a normal processing job, almost 24 years ago, evolved into a passion for this industry and being an advocate for sustainable solutions relating to waste management and protecting our beautiful earth. Through logical thinking, ambition, loyalty, honesty and integrity, I have grown into a master of problem solving, staff development and integrating technology into every aspect of the business. I am given wish lists and they become my to do lists, driving efficiency from the ground up to executive level.I believe that success can only be achieved with a dedicated team, mutual respect and strong partnerships, which I have spent most of my career forging. I have trained, mentored and enabled various other team members to grow and strive to empower themselves. Stagnation is never an option, facing challenges, adapting and finding solutions that nobody has considered, drives us to grow and diversify – keeping us at the forefront of cutting edge Waste Management solutions.
