I've lived a lot of life, I raised two sons successfully working at their childhood passions, using respectful communication and non-violent humanistic practices. 63 years wise, i have a lively imagination and am comfortable in a wide variety of settings. a good working use of grammar, i love writing and am currently editing a collection of my poetry. have a good eye for my surroundings and how best to put them to good use. i have my own non-allergenic Labradoodle, and am open to caring for your canine (especially low hair/dander) or monitoring your place if you are traveling.i am sensitive to scented laundry stuff, i live very cleanly and do best in those surroundings. I know a little about a lot of things. Maybe I can help! Currently living in Portland, Oregon but my son's an airline pilot and i can jump on a plane anytime. Time to get back to LA for good!

Humanistic, Non-Violent Education, from Pre-school through age 13. Focused on self-directed learning, respectful communication, morning meetings where even the very youngest children make their plans for the day and the teacher helps to write it on the meeting board. Lots of water play, storytimes, creating crawlspaces with the children, helping them safely manage any anger or other strong emotion. Lots of parent/teacher meetings, where respectful techniques were learned. I worked there from 1986 through 1988.

I was the receptionist and right hand admin asst for 20 brilliant female researchers and pioneers in the field of women's reproductive health. I sat in on Board Meetings, took meeting minutes and distributed weekly newsletter, which I created. Managed luncheons, events away from the office, conferences, lots of letter-writing, extensive communication skills utilized.
