Managing a team of Account Managers, I work with all existing clients to ensure that proper levels of service are being delivered; to ensure that proper strategies are being utilized; and to ensure that clients expectations are being met. I'm also responsible for ensureing that clients are aware of all of the services/products that RCI offers and that they fully understand Talent Management and Acquisition. Handling new business efforts and initiatives, acting as Social Media Manager/Consultant, and handling all aspects of Talent Management and Acquisition for clients to include Candidate Profiling, Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategies, Screening, Assessment, and Background checks, Applicant Selection, Technology, Metrics, Employee Retention are also among my main responsibilities.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

1 - Provide highest quality service by developing and maintaining a professional rapport with clients, planning their media placements, assisting with their communications pieces, and consistently performing follow-up. 2 - Identify opportunities to support client needs through an extended range of NAS services, and encourage clients to act on your service recommendations. 3 - Plan media, initiate and assess research (internal and external), and advise clients on appropriate recruitment strategies for improved market/media penetration and successful branding via creative services. 4 - Ad placement and client invoicing. 5 - Train and mentor current staff on upselling existing client base.6 - Responsible for obtaining new business in an assigned territory.7 - Meet with prospects and clients on a regular basis.8 - Write proposals and RPFs as well as present said proposals and RFPs.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

1 - Work with Human Resources Departments (from CEO level - HR Generalist level) at small and large companies to ensure that expectations were set and achieved. This was accomplished by assisting in filling specific positions or complete re-engineering of their entire staffing process. 2 - Perform detailed 360 assessments of the HR process with a specific client base to understand clients' industry, competition, employment value proposition, needs, goals, and hiring processes. 3 - Develop strategies and solutions to meet client needs, including preparing media plans, conducting primary/secondary markets & media research, negotiating media contracts to improve ROI and reduce CPH.4 - Design & implement strategic staffing solutions which include color and/or black/white ad spreads/campaigns, Internet/Web design, direct mail, billboards, radio, TV, recruitment cards (business cards), brochures/folders, flyers/posters, paycheck/bag stuffers, POP materials, ERP campaigns, tent cards, banner buys on the Internet, job fair display units, transit, photo shoots, t-shirts/giveaways, etc. 5 - Act as a liaison between clients Marketing & Human Resources departments to ensure that Human Resources is leveraging the dollars spent by Marketing to their advantage & that creative mirrors Marketing/Corporate Communications efforts. 6 - Meet in person with a client base of 22 clients monthly (which generate approximately $10+ million in revenue) to re-assess current processes and ensure that proper mechanisms are in place to properly measure effectiveness of initiatives. 7 - Research estimates, develop improved invoicing systems & handle vendor reconciliation on all team collateral projects. 8 - Responsible for running all computer back-ups & acting as the IT liaison between local branch office & IT department in Houston. 9 - Responsible for analyzing and presenting raw data pulled from the HodesiQ system (ATS) to customize strategies with clients and their Hodes account teams.
