• Prepare, evaluate, maintain and distribute project schedules for various types of capital projects related to expansion, renovation, rehabilitation or maintenance of transit system ranging in budgetary scale from $5 to 20 million.• Integrate schedules maintained by contractors/consultants into overall MARTA Capital Improvement Program schedule.• Review and analyze progress schedules, including labor productivity, resource usage and expenditure of funds.• Conduct work sessions with contractors providing scheduling support for resolution to changes, claims and other issues.

Create,monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice. Track, analyze and report information approriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.

Engineering design for numerous roadway projects including collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways and interstates.Prepare construction plans and project displays. Assist in all aspect of roadway design including roadway alignments, cross-sections, drainage, maintenance of traffic and erosion and sedimentation control.Utilize various CAD and design software to assist in design and preparation of construction plans.Calculate ecological and ITS impacts to provide sufficient support to select an appropriate approach for designing improvements.Prepare Maintenance Resurfacing packages for projects ranging in budgetary scale from $300,000 to $24 million while embedded at the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Support Project Managers in project reporting. Manage budgets in Project Tracking System, including budget modification and reallocation as applicable. Attend and assist in regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings. Assist in developing and monitoring project cost forecasts. Initiate project set up process. Request labor corrections as needed. Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting department to resolve invoice issues. Create and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Create and analyze reports using various schedule layouts.

Design and assist senior engineers in the design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, cost estimates for pharmaceutical and other commercial applications, site take-offs of existing building conditions. Design and assist senior project managers: maintain client contacts, milestone schedule, co-lead weekly meetings.

• Conduct research in Materials Science Research Center on Enhancing Reactivity of Graphene via ALD for 10 weeks.• Evaluate the feasibility of testing the hypothesis alongside other researchers.• Collect and analyze 4 different samples of ALD with different independent variables.• Participate in weekly seminars on emerging research in engineering/science fields• Visit local industrial research sites i.e. Lockheed Martin & Cisco • Develop a 15 minute presentation and present research findings to GaTech faculty & prominent guests.• Create a 15 page report of research findings and future work.• Complete GRE test prep course.
