Oversee the development of products for highly regulated financial software products. Using agile and scrum methodology I partner with software engineers and manage highly-technical details to ensure the products we build delight end users, minimize technical debt, and scale for the future.

As scrummaster, and using iterative agile techniques, transformed a large DevOps team into three interdisciplinary scrum teams resulting in faster delivery of products and features, improved culture, and more individual ownership by team members.
