Prior to this the organization was unaware of what IT was working on.* Enabled financial management of AWS Infrastructure through extensive tagging. This provided the ability for IT management to monitor hosting costs and identify areas for cleanup and optimization.* Setup Corporate Sprint Reviews to enable organizational involvement in the Agile development processes.* Implemented JIRA and consistent workflows across departments. There were no tools or processes prior to this implementation.* Ran tool evaluation and implemented a Product Management Tool (Aha) to encourage a new level of maturity for Product Managers within Tweddle.* Created Operations Team for ongoing production support to ensure a high level of system quality.* Started ISO 20000 certification for the department.

Implemented Enterprise Program Planning processes for MindTap. This was the single most important investment within Cengage.* Created enterprise roadmap (inclusive of plans for architecture, development, operations improvement, disaster recovery).* Created a program roadmap and reliable execution schedule for a struggling program. The combination of improved engineering, improved estimation and forecasting processes and clear direction led to consistent and predictable delivery.* Delivered analytics capabilties.Successfully delivered "Nineteenth Century Collections Online (NCCO)", this was the largest single product investment in Cengage history. Sales and customer reception exceeded expectations.Successfully delivered a Gale Research Platform designed for low cost/rapid product rollout.

* Managed all OnStar releases for the enterprise.* Successfully deployed OnStar's largest release to date over 800,000 lines of new code and two major platform rewrites.

* Delivered Data Migration Program converting all OnStar's subscriber data to new platform.Data Operation Manager: Managed OnStar DBA and Data Architecture Activities* Database scope: 20 DBA's ad over 150 Oracle instances as well as Shareplex replication technology supporting synchronization of Production and Business Continuity environments.* Data Architecture scope: OnStar was rewriting every major platform* Started data governance and true business level data ownership within OnStar.* Data Warehouse - responsible for 12 terabyte enterprise warehouse and team.

Started Sustain Organization within OnStar focused on support cost reductions and stability improvements.* Established and rolled out new processes including: problem/incident management, China launch processes and an ongoing Enterprise Patch process for infrastructure stability improvements.* Implemented OnStar Contract metrics (SLA's) recouped over $500,000 from suppliers with initial implementation.

* Successfully delivered Tech Refresh (Full OnStar Infrastructure Refresh Program)* Successfully delivered OnStar Automated Enrollment utilizing Agile/Iterative Development (first Agile program delivered at OnStar).* Stabilized performance of Hands Free Calling - Platform had major performance issues and this was a 'top 100 application' within GM. Replaced a non-performing supplier.

* Responsible for all IT implementations related to the startup of GM/XMSR's distribution agreement (to support the installation of XM Radio in GM vehicles). * Responsible for long term business/IT planning and development, reporting, call center and production support.
