- Lead team of 45+ people in the end-to-end accounting process- Oversee migrations from LAO countries to GBS team- Focus on continuous improvement, identifying white space, and implementing automation. Completed projects with savings of 42k annual hours in 2018.

- Responsible for accounts receivable, cash, and accruals teams- Coordinate escalations and investigations for error transactions- Supervise and review monthly close process- Co-manage a team of 24 with 12 direct reports

- Oversee monthly accounting activities and ensure timely month-end close- Generate monthly financial and management reports- Completion of the company’s SEC financial statement filings and footnote disclosures- Supervise accounting team and provide assistance as needed- Work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer to coordinate the quarterly and annual audits- Monthly management and financial statement analysis and review of account reconciliations

- Budgeting- Daily and monthly cash flow reporting and treasury functions- Coordinate and monitor insurance- Coordinate federal, state and local tax filings and payments- Responsible for investments and investment tracking as well as compliance with related regulatory obligations- Assist with closing and reporting monthly, quarterly and annually
