Auction & Event Solutions is a service provider to the non-profit community. AES conducts and manages auction fundraising events in conjunction with non-profit organizations. AES provides touch screen technology solutions for silent and live auction fundraisers as well as performs event night management of tasks such as patron check in, check out, financial reconciliation and other event night/day related tasks.

Tripled and expanded Fidelity’s systems technology knowledge base into it’s current form, documenting 93 highly complex application systems which transfer billions of dollars in daily transactions.

Led or partnered in key project planning to move the organization forward in meeting system capacity needs and new application implementation. Functioned as a liasion between business units and the data center.  Facilitated weekly status meetings and managed timelines, coordinating all aspects of hardware and application implementation.  Enhanced the implementation process by tightening and automating the project plan. Researched and presented to senior management an accelerated implementation process and created an Access database for project data collection. Led senior level process improvement teams across multiple business units through all stages, including: business requirements gathering, brainstorming, and process mapping culminating in the actual implementation of new sustainable processes.

Held a series of positions of increasing responsibilities ranging from a Series 6 licensed mutual fund service representative, to a Series 7 licensed brokerage representative, resulting in being recognized as a subject matter expert and being recruited into the training team to teach licensed representatives how to navigate Fidelity’s systems, interpret policies and guidelines and interact with the NYSE, OTC market and options exchange. • Conducted sales and service courses training new employees.• Coordinated all aspects of Mutual Fund product training including Curriculum design.• Responsible for building client relationships with Fidelity by finding investment needs, providing information on products and suggesting appropriate investment options.
