She regularly provides comprehensive Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) data management and prepares annual reports. Additionally, she advises clients on alternative and improved Best Management Practices (BMP)s to facilitate achieving designated numeric action levels (NALs). Many of her projects have involved developing SPCC Plans to ensure businesses’ compliance with federal and state regulations; conducting comprehensive site evaluations and developing testing and inspection programs in accordance with the SPCC rule; and performing inspections of facilities to identify existing or potential health and safety hazards and determining appropriate corrective measures.
