Routine projects include, but are not limited to preparing and updating construction and industrial SWPPPs and SPCCs; performing routine and storm event monitoring and sampling; developing and implementing compliance training programs; scoping and managing stormwater maintenance and compliance programs; performing QSP duties for clients; and leading spill response/return to compliance projects. Performs both field and desk evaluation of Best Management Practices (BMPs) and General Permit condition compliance; manages permit reporting obligations through the Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking (SMARTS) System.
