Verified that all loans that we serviced were properly insured.Dealt with Escrow and Non-Escrow accounts, if escrowed would prepare checks to be sent to pay customers insurance.

Handled large loads of mail 1500 to 3000 pieces on a daily basis. Extracted and sorted the mail and prepared paperwork so that checks were properly posted. Helped post all other incoming checks.

Lead processor for the district, daily correspondence with underwriters and pipeline management to processreal estate loans. Hands on with real estate deals from cash flow to closing.
