Executive Assistant
CurrentIn addition to being Lead Receptionist (Office Manager), supports Principal full-time as Executive Assistant and continues to provide support coverage to General Partners and Principals.-Manages heavy calendaring via Outlook, Zoom, and UberConference, balancing shifting priorities and coordinating with other support team members -Books and organizes travel, including airfare, hotel, venue, and transportation reservations-Reconciles and submits expense reports -Arranges weekly partner meeting agenda scheduling and prepared meeting materialsAlso, executes office management of satellite office once a week: -Oversees conference room scheduling, meeting flow, and A/V needs-Maintains kitchen and office inventory, curating to the needs of the satellite office-Works with building management to resolve facility issues
